Accomodation

Each chalet has an armchair and a bunk covered in soft furry and fleecey blankets (our family sized chalets even have little extra  “If I fits I sits” cat sized wooden beds J)

All chalets are furnished with extra large litter trays containing white calcium silicate litter (such as Catsan)

All chalets consist of an enclosed, fully insulated, ventilated, centrally heated log cabin bedroom with catflap access at night (always open in daylight except on freezing cold days!) with attached runs which have mesh fronts to provide fresh air at all times. Our special Portuguese porcelain tiled floors are easy to clean and maintain and provide a lovely cool place to stretch out in the breeze in hot weather. All our newly built chalets have bespoke built in scratch posts and basking platforms to relax or play on in the sun. These are rolling out to all chalets in the very near future.  All our chalets overlook our pretty garden and our guests have entertainment provided by an array of wild garden birds and our own resident band of chickens and ducks  and feline hospitality staff.

Toys are always provided if cats want them and haven’t brought any
Radio is played constantly during daylight hours to keep us all happy
Cuddles and love are provided free and on tap

If your cat likes or needs to be brushed please leave us a brush and we will brush them to their hearts’ content (or otherwise!!) at no extra charge.

Meals

Food is whatever our guests receive at home always provided by us in pretty china or shiny stainless steel bowls

If your cat has a special diet, please let us know. (We may have to ask that you provide prescription food).

All our guests are given treats such as chicken or fish or ham or prawns or Dreamies whenever they want (as long as their constitutions allow) at no extra charge

Water is refreshed twice daily (or refilled as necessary for big drinkers)

Health Care

All medication including any hypodermic injections will always be given completely free of charge.

We ask that you would be kind enough to bring the medication in its original bottle with a clear note explaining exactly how and when medication must be administered. This is to avoid any mishaps arising from ambiguous instructions.

We will keep all meds and associated documents securely in one of our special medication drawers which will be specifically allocated to your cat for the duration of their holiday.

We will monitor your cats’ health and behaviour and eating and toilet habits throughout their holidays. Anything out of the ordinary will be reported as soon as you come home.

Of course anything seriously wrong will be addressed immediately. We will take your cat straight to Allen Briggs and Turner as our nearest local vet. We will make all effort to contact you as soon as possible, but our main priority is of course the health and wellbeing of your cat.

Rest assured that no matter how long you need to leave your cats with us, they will be waiting for you as happy and healthy and cuddly as when you left.
