Discounts

We offer a 10% discount to those over sixty, Please notify our team if you are as we don’t like to ask.

If your cats stay is more than 28 days we also offer a 10% discount.

Taxi

If it helps we are able to come and collect your cat(s) and bring them to the hotel and bring them home again at the end of their holidays.

Collections/deliveries up to a five mile radius = £5.00 From five to ten miles’ radius = £10.00 For distances of more than ten miles please make enquiries

Arrivals and Collections

We operate an appointment system for arrivals and collections. This enables us to give you the flexibility and convenience of being able to bring or collect your cat at any time from 9 am to 8 pm 7 days a week.

Please help us by keeping your appointment. If you are unable to do so, please telephone to let us know and to rearrange a more convenient time.


Visitors

You are very welcome to come and have a look at us before leaving your cat in our care. We wouldn’t leave our cats anywhere we hadn’t checked first. We only ask that you please try not to come before 10.30 am so as to give us a chance to look after our guests properly. If you arrive without an appointment and find us unavailable, please feel free to phone and come back later.

Closures

We close to arrivals and collections at 2pm on Christmas eve.
We also close for Party in the Ark which takes place the first weekend in August yearly.

Payments

Please note that unless otherwise stated, full price for arrival and departure days are always included in our quotations. This is because our prices are based entirely on our costs. However, if you make an appointment to bring your cat(s) after 6pm on the day of arrival or collect them before 11am on the day of departure, these days will be half price pro rata.

We ask for a deposit of 20% of the total price. This will obviously be taken off the final price payable when you collect your cat(s).

Where possible we would be grateful if you could please do us the courtesy of giving at least one week’s notice of cancellation. We obviously understand that this is not always possible, but we do reserve the right to return deposits at our own discretion.

Finally please bear in mind that we do not have the facility to accept credit or debit cards.

Late Bookings

Where possible we aim to accommodate all bookings, However we are unable to guarantee that we can accept late/last minuet bookings, If you where unable to make an early booking we advise telephone us to discuss your needs.
